Students may graduate from the program with the required hours and services needed for taking the State Board Exams. Students receive training and experience in perms, relaxers, waxing, nail care, and skin care.

South Tech Academy’s Cosmetology program helps students open doors to more career opportunities than you can imagine! From salon ownership to film stylist to spa Esthetician — there’s no limit to the opportunities available to program graduates. Upon completion of course classroom work, all students work in the full-service salon on our campus to gain practical experiences.
Students receive hands-on-training and experience in these and other areas:
Students are eligible to earn a Florida State License after graduating from our four-year program and the successful completion of state board exams.
